The Miracle Project: Triple Threat- Spring Session
GRoW
Jan 16, 2018 - Apr 24, 2018
Enhance your skills and improve your technique in this musical theater class for all levels (beginning to advanced), with and without disabilities. Beginners will find their voice, develop expressive and communication skills and enhance their unique strengths. Advanced performers will hone their skills in vocal performance, dance, and acting. If you have questions about this course, please email Ryan Berman at ryan@themiracleproject.org
PLEASE NOTE: The Miracle Project is an interactive, social, dynamic, program.
If your child is accompanied by a 1:1 aid in school or in the community OR is not toileted or independently able to use the bathroom, we do require that your attend class with an aid. Please note that even if your child does not require a 1:1 in a small-contained school environment, he/she may need more support in this very active, inclusive, social environment. The Miracle Project and The Wallis staff reserve the right to request professional support if we feel your child needs the support to be able to be successful in class. Although the class will include volunteers to act as a peer role model and co-actor, the volunteers are NOT professionals, and may not be expected to take the place of a paid professional interventionist.
ALSO, please note that in the event that you do not provide a 1:1 support person, we do reserve the right to require you to do so if we feel that it is necessary as a result of our observation during the program.
And finally, if it is determined that any participant is unable to remain for the duration of the program on any or all days, we will contact you to pick up your child - of course after we make reasonable attempts to engage him/her.
