Conductor and pianist Scott Dunn returns to The Wallis with his orchestra for a vibrant celebration of British film music. Timed to coincide with St. George’s Day, By George! pays tribute to the enduring legacy of British cinema through the sweeping, elegant scores of legendary composers, including John Barry, Richard Rodney Bennett, George Fenton, David Arnold, and Rachel Portman.

Featuring music from iconic films such as Casino Royale, Out of Africa, Gandhi, Bridge on the River Kwai, Emma, and The Cider House Rules, the program showcases the emotional richness, sophistication, and unmistakable British character that have defined British film scoring for generations.

This evening proves the British are still very much coming — and sounding better than ever.
