DANCE Bram Goldsmith Theater
in Association with BODYTRAFFIC
The Minghella Project
Apr 18, 2020 - May 2, 2020
The Wallis has made the difficult but important decision to cancel or postpone all performances through May 31, 2020, including The Minghella Project featuring BODYTRAFFIC. If you are a current ticket holder for this event, our Ticket Services office will be reaching out to you directly to discuss options available to you for your already-purchased tickets.
The Wallis’ first fully-produced dance program will be The Minghella Project. The late Oscar winning writer/director Anthony Minghella was commissioned by choreographer Jonathan Lunn to write a series of texts for dance. The four works they created spanning twenty years will be presented together for the first time as The Minghella Project in collaboration with The Wallis’ 2019/2020 Company-In-Residence, BODYTRAFFIC, along with actors and creative artists held close to Minghella and Lunn.
“Lunn reminds us that communication in dance is only partially about reading meanings; more importantly and more rewardingly, it’s about being moved.” – The Guardian
