HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU NEED IT
AT YOUR SERVICE
The Wallis staff members are available to assist you every step of the way from the moment you arrive to guiding you to your seat. A Patron Services desk is located in the main lobby; the helpful staff will gladly assist you with any needs.
COMFORT AROUND EVERY CORNER
FINDING YOUR SEAT
All events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. To minimize disruptions, patrons arriving after curtain time may not be seated until intermission or a suitable interval in the program as designated by the artist(s). We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking and to take your seat before the curtain rises.
YOU ARE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
Please turn off all cell phones, personal organizers, watch alarms, and other sound-emitting devices before the performance. The use of cameras, including cell phone cameras, and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
EXPLORE THE WALLIS
Arrive early and explore The Wallis and our beautiful grounds. Enjoy a snack from our café (coming soon) or meet for drinks at our indoor/outdoor bar. Stunning artwork and sculptures will also be added in the coming months for our patrons to enjoy. You can also plan a full evening and enjoy dinner at one of our many neighboring restaurants – all within a few blocks of The Wallis. Ask our staff or Ticketing Services representatives for recommendations on how to make your visit to The Wallis a memorable one.
Telecoil Induction System for Hearing Assistance
A state of the art “hearing loop” – a thin copper wire – has been installed beneath the floor of the orchestra seating in the Bram Goldsmith Theater. For guests wearing a hearing aid with a copper telecoil wire or who have a cochlear implant, the system captures electromagnetic waves and broadcasts signals directly to your hearing aid device. For assistance, please inquire with Patron Services. Gifted by Virginia and Frank Maas.
The Wallis is committed to accommodating and ensuring a pleasant experience for all of our patrons with special needs or disabilities. Please contact Ticket Services, our House Manager or an usher to discuss your needs. Theater seating at The Wallis is fully accessible with elevators to take our patrons to all seating levels.
Our “Quiet Room” is also available to all patrons during the performance which is located in the rear of the Orchestra level for any patron that wishes or needs to step away for a moment. You can still see and hear the performance in progress, but we can’t hear you.
Should you arrive late for any performance or need to leave your seat during the performance, please expect to be held in the lobby until an appropriate moment or pause. To minimize any disturbance to other patrons, you may be sat in the first available locations by our staff even if different than your assigned seat locations. Please also be advised that some performances or circumstances may not allow for late seating or return seating.
